the filesize of 20+meg, 30+meg and now 40+ is too big for any one in India for whom internet is still a luxary. I think on most of the blogs the file size of comics are juse between 5 to 7 megs and maximum around 9 megs. Please look into this so that it is easy for the comic fan to download and enjoy

Ok, Man! I will consider it. but on any good quality cyber cafe, if you try to download at night, it is easy & fast. I have downloaded in the past in similar fashion. If i keep the quality good, the size increases, but if u plan to print it later on, it will be as good as the original.Anyway, thanks for the suggestion, I will see to it that the size is between 5-7 mb.

Oh man. What have you done. I was going to post this one today, but you are quicker.

I not only reduced the file size from 45 MB to some 10 MB but also brightened the images to make them better. Uploaded it 5 days ago. Now when you have already posted it I won't be posting it. This is the mediafire link for this:

Anyway, thanks for another nice post.

Oh boy! Awesome, Sameer! :) Thank you so much for posting these comics! BTW - where is the poll?

adibud34 said...

Oops, sorry...found the poll...I usually have two IE windows open on the screen (one with a Youtube video playing), so couldn't see the poll....found it now after expanding the window! :)

My name is Aditya, and my email address is adibud34@gmail.com

TPH said...

Some confusion about poll. You posted two different versions of #243 The Clutches of Destiny. Each version is counted as different comic or combined download???

here is my attempt:

#16 Diamond Cup.

Good to see the competition going bang with a start from the big guns! btw Aditya, what is your choice of the number?

TPH: dont getconfused, any of them will be considered. so you can rethink on ur poll, no problem.

A novel quiz and a brave heart for declaring such prizes....
My choice is #196:The Village of Ghosts.

TPH : I am sorry that i posted before u. But i will upload the file which u have given as a link so that all can have a smaller file for easy download. Thank you very much for the effort!

Indrajal Comics Treasures said...

CW, Thanks for participating! I am so happy that all big guns are firing! You will get more comics from me, as I am already overdue to you!

Comic World said...

I am happy to see that the quiz trend is becoming popular. Its nice to add varieties in order to incorporate some change in the comic posting format.Keep going nicely.

TPH said...

Hey! Where are other readers? come on folks. Do you think it's a Holi special Joke. No, its not. Sameer is very serious this time. ;-)

Dear Sameer, I'll stick to my original choice of answer.

TPH said...

By the way. I have one more doubt. Maximum number of downloads means the number of downloads till today (when you posted the quiz) or till 20th. People may start downloading the same file again and again to increase the number of downloads.

Hi Guys
Had a busy day and wasnt sure if I could visit you. Sameer thanks for posting another Marathi no. These Marathi comics always have a special place in my heart. The guy who used to translate it from English was called Mr Dalvi for TOI I think. It is so nice to see all bloggers coming together and supporting each other. Thats what we want.
Excellent idea as well about the poll and the prize.
Will come back later.
Love
Ravi

Dear Sameer, The poll is a good idea. Thanks for posting english diamond and villans paradise.
I choose the terror tiger because it is the oldest Ijc. Seems I am first to pick it.

THe Phantom head has a real Phantom's head! You have nicely pointed out the point of people trying to download more times, but I had already downloaded the page and saved it and that is where I got this Idea! but actually, our friends will not do such things, as they all are gentlemen!

And TPH, Ur right, this in no joke! if i make this as a joke, I will be deceiving myself as a IJC fan!

Rakesh, I am adding the covers in this post for ur choice! Wait for some time....

Krishna, I am happy to make someone happy!~ It costs nothing to smile and make someone smile! but if you want a frown on somebody's forehead, it takes a lot of bad energy to be generated!!

Sameer you have transformed to Sachin (Tendulkar) - briliant stroke after stroke in the past few days. Pl. keep it up.

Thanks for posting the long awaited Diamond Queen.

Indrajal Comics Treasures said...

THanks Chatur! I think i also had some hit wickets and some wrong 3rd umpire decisions as well! what do u feel?

Indrajal Comics Treasures said...

Dear Rakesh, sorry, I do not have those covers. bu I will ask others to see if they have it...I tried my DVD, but it has these covers missing!

Sameer bhau, How do yo know who voted for whom? I think the poll should have asked for name and email too.

Does that means nobody wins and somebody already won?..

Dear Sameer,

The incentive of poll and votes to win free indrajals is very tempting and brave (or should I say generous)undertaking from you, especially since they are becoming so rare. Anyway keep up the good work and I heard a lot about the generous phantom lovers of Pune from ICC's post some time ago. I would definitely take time to meet with you and your friends if I come to Pune.

Anyway my choice is Village of the Ghosts and I didn't know where to vote this so I e-mailed my vote to you couple of days ago.

My e-mail is: bhotla@gmail.com

I am not good at quizes so will keep quiet! hahaha

Dear Sameer, I was the 2nd voter for the "Terror Tiger" and you already have my e-mail address.

Could you please post it.
Thanks.
