DEAR VISITORS AND COTRIBUTORS,

THIS IS MY LAST WALK...A WALK AWAY.

I will stop posting from today. If someone is going to take credits for what we are taking pains for, I have the only option of stopping my posts. I was surprised to see the posts directly stolen not only from me, but from Books and Comics ( Prabhat), Mandrake the Magician ( Balaji) and I dont know how many else...I or Venkit, Ajay take efforts to scan, use our web space to upload the comics....many times I have to edit the scans...Earlier,we all were worried of people just downloading silently and not commenting...I feel it was ok....but now, silently our effort is being taken for granted..you cant just copy some one's posts and links and start "blogging".

I NOW UNDERSTAND THE MOTIVE OF THE "BLOGGER" TO START BLOGGING ON 1ST APRIL : TO MAKE OTHER BLOGGERS LOOK FOOLS", wasting their energy in scanning and posting.

No, I cant take this....ICC felt it is ok.....I dont feel it that way.

I HAVE ONLY ONE OPTION : I will post the title pages here...those who want it downloaded, can contact me via email. I will provide the links...but if not, Today i am stopping any posts.

VENKIT HAS SENT ME TWO MORE BAHADUR SCANS....DEAR VENKIT, I DONT WANT TO USE YOUR EFFORTS AND LET SOME ONE ELSE ENJOY THE BLOG TRAFFIC.

AND YES, I HAVE REMOVED THE UPLOADED

MEDIAFIRE FILES FROM MEDIAFIRE SERVER..

so visitors, sorry, if u want the comics, email me...i will send you the posts via email.

SORRY FRIENDS, NO CHOICE!

Dear Sameer, I've same opinion. I don’t know ICC personally, but I think you misunderstood ICC, as always he said all things in joke.

Our new “P. M.” is not going to stop.

I’m offering a better option. Let we post cover, who are interested to download will write to google against this 2 sec blogging. I never cared about comments. Mediafire stat. shows see in 1-2 days IJC is being download by minimum 200 persons & with time, it goes over 1000. If our 20% visitors are thankful to us, will write Google to delete this blog. If it’s OK for all, at present they were searching in 5-10 blogs, would search missing 95 IJC in 1000 blogs. I know 100 good visitors, I’ll create a private link blog and invite limited persons. Obviously some good persons could suffer, but’s not late, they can say few lines to Google. In this case, 1 thankless person will suffer not all. If he creates another blog, we can do same. In last Google will track him, block his IP address even it’s floating. He will invest more and more, and will be forced to give up. A alone person can’t win against a team. It’s my strong believe.

May be he didn’t listen proverb:

Bad achha BADNAM BURA. He is thinking getting popularity, but people will dig out him form hole where he’s hiding.

Hey Sameer, what happened? I don't understand what's happening here - who is this character, and what's he wanting? Why should you stop blogging because of someone else though? Many times, I like to read blog entries apart from just downloading the comics. I'm sure others do as well! So, I don't think you should stop blogging because of something like this. Please don't stop blogging! :)

I echo Adi's comments. Your anger is understandable (This is nothing short of creative theft/plagiarism). It would be the community's loss if the blog posts stop. (I used anxiously wait for updates to, Prabhat's, Balaji's and your blogs not only for the new comics but also for the contents of the posts - which are entertaining and informative). In any case, please know that the whole community is with you guys (Genuine contributors and bloggers). It might have been the intention of these anti-social elements to break the community's spirit. Hope they don't succeed.

I don't think you should stop posting all at once because of this one guy. We can always decide the way to send the links to a a closeted group of friends.

I feel that we should create a closed group of people becoming members only by invite- like KL
We all can contribute and buy server space. What do you all feel? That guy feels that he is doing service to others by mirroring your hard work and Prabhat's and others. To prevent this is to start a private blog with entry restricted by invitation.

Prabhat, Sameer, Balaji, Venkit, Ajay, and many others -

You guys have been doing an amazing job posting all these ACKs and IJCs. Regular visitors and even random visitors know well the amount of effort and dedication you guys have in doing such a great job. It is simply fantastic.

Please dont let some rotten egg spoil the whole floral bouquet.

Whenever someone does a good job, there is always that dirty rat around who will either try to find blame in the good work, or take credits for that himself. This PM guys is one such dirty rat.

I request you guys to ignore him. I am sure that the many thanks we all have for you far exceeds the heartburn you get from such cheap guys.

My request to you guys - please dont stop posting because of one moron. But if you feel that a private blog is a better solution, please go ahead with that - but do include regular visitors and fans like myself in that list.

Amith

Sameer:

It is a shame and pity to read the title of your post today. Especially as there were so many new fans building up and so few scans left :) I really hope that this matter shall get resolved in a nice way and we can get back to the older style of posts. Meanwhile, I'll mail you requesting for the links. Thanks.

Hi Sameer,

I am a fan of IJC like you, and have been enjoying the comics posted by you and Prabhat. I could not put any online any IJC myself because I do not own any. Just used to read them at some relative's home 20 years back, when I was just a small kid.

As for someone else taking the credit from you and Prabhat for posting almost all IJC, it's deplorable, and I'm sure the community will figure out a way to stop this.

Finally, it's sad that the comics are no longer available online on mediafire, as I only downloaded 'on demand', and hence would not be able to read them from now on.

I would say email me the links but whoever you are trying to avoid is probably going to do the same...(and continue stealing credit)

Just watermark your scans and keep posting. People are aware that most blogs are cut/paste jobs

NO BODY IS STEALING ANY CREDIT!!!

THAT GUY IS JUST GIVING LINKS.. THATS ALL....

LET ME TELL YOU ..

YOU HAVE MADE HIM FAMOUS,,, BY COMMENTING ON HIS BLOG AND GIVING LINK OF HIS BLOG,,

JUST IGNORE HIM

I think ICC is right. Ignorance will be the best weapon in this case. No need to make him famous by being so attentive to his evil deeds.

There will always come a time in life when we will have to adapt to some unforeseen circumstances. This is one such thing.

The initial response will be one of dismay, anger and hopelessness. But we need to work thru that and work out a way to help the real enthusiasts to get the comics

There was one suggestion from a friend in Prabhat's blog about link protection. Like I mentioned in Prabhat's blog, there are only about 6 or 7 who are actively involved in posting IJC & ACK comics. I send my scans to only about 4 people. So you guys should be able to get together and finalize a strategy to thwart the "PM".

I shall be sending you guys my scans the regular way.

Thanks and good luck.

Dear Sameer,

I agree and sympathize with your cause. But the fact is that we have made a hue and cry about this person's blog, which has ultimately given him enough advertisement already. The best thing we should have done is to have avoided him, and deleted all his comments.

That way, we could have deleted his existence out of the web. Then we could use Link protection, and give it only to those who commment and have a valid id's or record in the past to have commented in the blog. The new readers should then build up a portfolio, and then request for link access... This may be tough, but this process, will discourage this mischief maker, and will make him stop from what he is doing.

It's good that you have removed the link to him already. Way to Go. Let's delete his existence out of the blog-o-sphere. then we will continue our way forward.

Have already expressed my feelings on this issue on Prabhat's and PM's blog. The guy was desperate for some publicity which unfortunately he got.
